Mint Jelly is a classic dish best served with lamb, which is what attracted us to the strain from the start. To be honest, it sounds disgusting, but not our girl Mint Jelly. She’s sweet like a strawberry strait from the bush and leaves oily as lanolin.

Now, she remains one of our favorites, if not a little fickle to grow—but let us worry about that!
