Mint Jelly is a classic condiment best served with lamb, which is what attracted us to the strain from the start. To be honest, it sounds disgusting, but not our girl Mint Jelly. She’s sweet like a strawberry straight from the bush with leaves oily as lanolin.

Now, she remains one of our favorites, if not a little fickle to grow—but let us worry about that!
